This Privacy Policy describes how ndvi.us (the "Service"), operated by Shahzaib Irshad, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website.

Location data: If you grant location permission, we use your device's GPS coordinates only to center the map on your area. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Field boundaries: Polygons you draw stay in your browser memory only. They are not saved on our servers. Exporting a field as GeoJSON downloads it directly to your device.
Search queries: When you search for a place, we send the query to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. We do not store these queries.
Usage analytics: If our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, anonymized pageview data may be collected. No personal information or cookies are used.
2. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information independently:
- Google AdSense: Serves advertisements. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- ESA Copernicus / Sentinel Hub: Provides satellite imagery and NDVI computations. Your field polygon coordinates are sent to retrieve imagery for that area.
- Esri / OpenStreetMap: Provides base map tiles. Standard web requests are made.
- Nominatim (OpenStreetMap): Used for geocoding place name searches.
- Cloudflare: Hosts the website and CDN.
3. Cookies
The Service itself does not set cookies. Third-party services (Google AdSense in particular) may set cookies to deliver advertisements. By using the Service you consent to such cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4. EEA, UK, and Swiss users
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google's consent management system may show you a banner asking permission for personalized advertising. You may choose to consent or use non-personalized ads.
5. Children's privacy
This Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Data retention
We retain no personal data on our servers. Your field polygons, search history, and location remain on your device.
